NITEARM 50Pack of DTF Transfer A3 Sheet - 30 cm x 42 cm - 11.7 in x 16.5 in

NITEARM 50Pack of DTF Transfer Sheets for DTF Printers (HOT PEEL) | Double-sided Matt (PET)
30 cm x 42 cm - A3 - 11.7 in x 16.5 in
Direct-to-Film Transfer Paper Sheets.
Reusable from 350 up to 500 presses.

Work with DTG and DTF printers that accept paper on a sheet and the print dimensions.

Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) advantages over Traditional DTF Sheets:
• Allows for transfers to dark shirts (due to white DTF ink)
• Results in more breathable prints, smooth to touch, and flexible
• Results in more vivid colors than heat transfers
• Instant Peel / Hot Peel
- something regular heat transfers can't do

Instructions:
After printing on DTF transfer paper, you should immediately apply adhesive powder while the ink is still wet. This powder will bond with the ink and create a layer that adheres to the fabric during the heat transfer process. Ensure the entire design is covered with powder and remove any excess before curing. Then cure a DTF transfer in an oven, you'll typically need to preheat it to 320-350°F (160-180°C) and cure the transfer for 2-3 minutes. The exact time can vary slightly depending on the specific DTF powder and the evenness of the heat distribution in your DTF-oven. After it cools down, then heat press the cured transfer to your Garments or Textiles. You can either print in just one layer in color, for transfer to light color / white textiles, or alternatively you can print two layers, one in color (CMYK) then one layer of a white-color layer, if you are transferring to dark or black textiles.

WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV) as fumes may be hazardous.
Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment ( > 50% humidity, and temp range 70° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling)
